The Scarlet Panther, an all-female crime band of thieves, is engaged in a fierce battle with the Vice Hunters, an outlaw squadron that will stop at nothing to defeat evil. The three hunters, Phoenix, Dragon, and Kraken, show no mercy to the Scarlet Panthers, even to women, and subject them to intense interrogations to extract information from the captured panthers.
