One day, however, Momoka, Sailor Aqua, the brains of the Sailor Heroines and the student council president, is corrupted by the monster Kamelada and becomes Evil Aqua. Despite desperate persuasion by Yuka, the head of the public morals committee, and her fellow Sailor Volcano, Sailor Volcano is also corrupted by Evil Aqua's schemes.
