Case reporter Aika Mimine is a spandexer, a warrior of justice with super powers. Dr. Kodo, who faked a terrorist attack to detain her in order to harvest her DNA, was supposed to have lost his life when the institute collapsed. Aika discovers that the facility in Dr. Kodo's name remains, and succeeds in infiltrating it. However, she is blown away by the telekinetic power of a combat soldier who suddenly appears and takes away her bodily freedom.
