The space warrior Hyper Mummy has gone missing. Her younger sister Hyper Annie arrives on Earth in search of her sister and joins the Earth Patrol as the Earthling Sana Hayama. Sana transforms into Hyper Annie and successfully defeats Tatern, a monster that destroys the city. The person giving orders to Tatern was a Spellmen alien who has a clue about her sister. Sana and Captain Matsumura meet with Dr. Ishimoto, a scientist of the Escape from Earth Project, but since Sana is in possession of Hyper Annie's alpha capsule, he becomes suspicious of her and Sana is subjected to humiliating torture. Dr. Ishimoto's true identity is that of a Spellmen alien.
