Susumu's boss, Sakuma, was using his authority to take bribes from vendors. When Susumu learns of this, he threatens to press charges against him if he doesn't stop, and gets Sakuma to stop his corruption. However, Sakuma's frustration is directed at Megumi, Susumu's wife. He lies about her husband's corruption, and he tastes her unresisting body as much as he likes.
