In response to the declining birth rate and stricter penalties for sex crimes, schools nationwide will strengthen health and physical education instruction beginning this year. In order to provide more practical sex education than before, both male and female students will be required to be completely naked and '''' high quality ''' '''Health and Physical Education curriculum will be introduced. Emphasis will be placed on class content that cannot be learned through classroom instruction alone, such as the mechanism of ejaculation, how to have sexual intercourse, and how to wear contraceptives (condoms), and students will be given hands-on experience with these topics. This video was made primarily to explain the project to teachers, staff, and the PTA. This is the latest in the 2019 series of "shame works in which men and women, naked and ashamed, undergo ejaculation and intercourse as a form of sex education as a class."
